Mecca Masjid blast mastermind might be dead

New DelhiA day after CNN-IBN revealed details of interrogation of suspects in Mecca Masjid blast case linking them to senior Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh leader Indresh Kumar, it is now learnt that a former pracharak of the organisation was the alleged mastermind of the blast.
Sunil Joshi, a long time RSS Pracharak is believed to be responsible for planning and executing the Mecca Masjid blast. The 2007 blast in old Hyderabad's Mecca Masjid killed 9 persons. The other two suspects in the blast are Sandeep Dange and Ramachandra Kalsangre
However, Joshi was murdered by unidentified gunmen in December 2007 shortly after the blasts. Now there is a link that is being established between Sunil Joshi, Sadhavi Pragya Thakur and Lt Col Shrikant Purohit as well. It is suspected that the motorcycle used in the Malegaon blast was with Sunil Joshi. Sadhvi Pragya Thakur is currently in jail for her alleged involvement in Malegaon blasts.
The RSS, however, has slammed these allegations.
"All these reports are baseless. None of our leaders are involved," says RSS Spokesperson Ram Madhav.
The big question that the investigating authorities now need to answer is that why have they not managed to back up any of their suspicions with evidence? Is Sunil Joshi's murder in any way an attempt to prevent the truth from coming out, and why has his murder mystery still not been solved ?
