Sohrabuddin case: Geeta alleges harassment

New Delhi: In the latest turn of events in Sohrabuddin fake encounter case, IPS officer Geeta Johri has written to the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) alleging harassment at the hands of investigators.
This comes after Geeta had filed a curative petition in the Supreme Court on Saturday.
In a letter to the CBI director, the exclusive details of which lies with CNN-IBN, Geeta wrote, “Not just CBI investigators, even Solicitor General Gopal Subramanyam is trying to force me to implicate Gujarat political leaders.”
Former supervising officer in the Sohrabuddin case, Geeta Johri has written to the director of the CBI complaining of harrassment by CBI officials who're investigating into Gujarat’s former minister of state for home, Amit Shah's involvement in the case. Geeta has threatened to approach the National Human Rights Commission if she is not given protection. She has also claimed her assistant Inspector Solanki, who was picked up by CBI, was put under pressure by the central investigating agency into implicating her.
